Growing up in Singapore, Henry came from a humble family where owning an air-conditioner was a luxury. Like many families back then, they relied on open windows and electric fans to get through the hot and humid nights. He always dreamed that one day, he could enjoy the comfort of air-conditioning at home.

That childhood dream eventually became his career.

More than 28 years ago, Henry founded Supply Cool Engineering with one goal: to provide honest, reliable, and quality air-conditioning services to Singaporean families and businesses. Starting with just his tools, experience, and determination, he built the business one customer at a time through hard work and word-of-mouth recommendations.

Today, after nearly three decades in the industry, Henry has worked on everything from HDB flats and condominiums to landed homes, offices, and commercial spaces.

With over 28 years of experience in the air-conditioning industry, Henry still believes in being hands-on. Unlike many contractors who simply manage projects from behind the scenes, he personally goes down to site, oversees the work, and gets involved in every installation, servicing, or repair whenever possible.

Customers often describe Henry as approachable, patient, and easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain what he's doing, answer questions, and recommend solutions that genuinely suit each customer's needs.

What truly sets Henry apart is his honesty. He has never believed in upselling unnecessary services or replacing parts that still have plenty of life left. If a simple repair is all that's needed, he'll tell you. If replacing an entire unit is the better long-term choice, he'll explain why. His recommendations are always based on what's best for the customer—not what brings in the biggest profit.
